Pacific Property Consultant's will conduct a half-day site walk of your active construction, then prepare a lecture presentation for your management, field operations and trade partners in the afternoon.  The afternoon lecture consists of an introduction into quality, litigation risks, and then profiles the excellent construction quality as well as areas of improvement with each major trade (as construction dictates). Afterwards, we will prepare a formal training program which includes the top 10 most significant risks identified, and suggestions on how to immediately eliminate them from your construction project.
